Made in Egypt. This is a spectacular piece. Rich turquoise stretch fabric (it is NOT a sky blue) with turquoise metallic overlay of tiny random closely spaced dots. Pink accent fabric has silver metallic overlay. Contrast looks harsher on my monitor than in real life, the two colors really complement each other, not harsh at all.

Skirt and belt are integrated. Skirt/Belt opens at front applique, there is a short slit in the skirt that is (mostly) covered by the pink fabric and fringe under the applique which you may need to add some sort of fastening to. Fit to flare, two slits over front of legs.

Pink ruched (gathered) horizontal accent on belt has sections defined by vertical lines of glass turquoise seed beads and glass rhinestones; in middle of each section is a 1/2" round real glass crystal surrounded by rhinestones with seed bead fringe accent.

Fringe around belt bottom is glass turquoise seed bead. If you want less fringe, easily removable (Egyptian; individually tied pieces on a cord).

Scrolling bead design is iridescent glass square turquoise, several blue shades, clear beads )these are gorgeous) and small silver faceted beads. Halter bra. Same crystals/fringe/design. Large teardrop crystal at center (acrylic, unfortunately, but high quality).

Accessories: Long Gauntlets, headband.

Sizing:

Bra: Should fit range including 34 B+/C/Small D, 36 B/C
Skirt Top: Not stretchy (it's like a belt), variance from overlapping: 31" - 34". You could probably get another inch by moving the front diamond applique. the skirt is split under the applique down to the bottom of the pink fabric/fringe; you'd likely have to do some engineering so that this wasn't gaping.
Skirt Hips: Partially restricted by belt, 33" to 35"; over 5'5" probably up to 36", maybe 37" (with extention using applique, above). The shorter you are, the more the non-stretcy belt part is going to come down over the your hips. The taller you are, the less belt will be over the wider part of your hips. The skirt itself just below the belt will fit 35" - 40".
Skirt length: 40". Hem-ability: EASY! Shorten at the top (pull up on to belt). If you want to do it the hard way: relatively easy. If you cut you'll lose or have to replace the looping bead trim at the bottom (always nice but personally have cut so many (expensive) skirts to shorten, meaning to rebead and never have, never missed it); the one part of the beading on the back stops about 3" from hem. You'll have to tie/glue off the looping trim and bead design along the two front slits, but bead design is simple, not much to do. Or you can "pinch hem".
