Like most of the costumes on this site, this was a one-of-a-kind piece hand crafted by an Egyptian artisan. THIS COSTUME CAN NOT BE ORDERED. Will there be more? Individual artisans will occasionally repeat designs, but never exactly and rarely in the same color. It's impossible to say if or when these will show up or in what size or color. Made in Egypt. Yay green! If you've been in the biz a while, you know that nice green costumes are not easy to find. I'm not sure what an "official" name for this stretch fabric color is. It is NOT: neon green, pastel green, forest green, emerald green. It's darker than a chartreuse but in that family, it does lean slightly towards yellow as opposed to blue. Regardless, it's lovely. Green metallic overlay of tiny close random dots.

Restrained beadwork design and beautiful structure create an elegant but flashy costume. Bead design is looping/overlapping "3D" outlines of gold glass seed beads. Inside are lines of real glass crystal rhinestones (individual, about 1/8" - this is a large rhinestone) which alternate with clear green and gold large glass seed beads. This translates to LOTS of rhinestones. All edges of bra and skirt trimmed with gold glass seed beads. Bra center fringe of short smooth gold glass bugle beads tipped with small gold metallic rounds.

Design of skirt is incredibly flattering and moves beautifully, a lot of fabric. Sort of a combination of a fit-to-flare and circle. Back is two gores (vertical sections of fabric) like a fit-to-flare (looks great over the rear :) ). Larger front piece is roughly a quarter circle that curves out and up to the top of the slit, other side also curves out and up, creates nice flowing fullness. Gathered to flat folds at top and decorated with beadwork to create lovely detail. Extra piece sewn inside top of slit helps hold the detail folds open and adds interest. Top front of skirt is gathered about 3" down from side seam to side seam, as well as over slit. Results in dip down towards slit which is very flattering.

Bra has shoulder straps. Assymetric design with "zig-zag" top edge on one cup.

Sizing: Medium-Large Bra, Small-Medium Skirt

Bra: Should fit range including wide 34 D/DD, 36 B+/C+, narrowish 38 A/B.
Skirt Top: Fabric relaxed = 28", stretches to about 34".Has no elastic. Even if skirt fits with it's own stretch, it's advisable to add elastic as the fabric will not hold its memory forever. See easy tip here.
Skirt Hips: Fabric relaxed = 33", stretches to about 37"
Skirt length: 37"

Age/Condition: New. There are a few visible bead pattern marks (where seamstresses draw design on, unfortunately in black pen), not many and most right next to beading so you really can't see. There is one stray mark on right bra band under arm towards the back that you (looking at the bra standing still) can see, definitely made by a black marker, less than 1/2" long. Your audience will not notice.
