     For Standard Boutique Orders the "Total You Are Paying" is the sum of:
      - Costs of all items you are ordering
      - Cost for the shipping you choose (you've requested this from Karolinka)
      - Florida residents must add 6.25% sales tax (add item total AND shipping charge and multiply by 0.0625)

     Boutique Orders, "Expedited Ordering" (reserving a costume by paying for it without
    waiting for shipping cost)
the "Total You Are Paying" is:
      - Sum of costs of all items you are ordering. DO NOT try to estimate shipping or add extra, that actually
        makes things more complicated!
            Expedited Ordering allows you to pay for a costume immediately to reserve it,
            and speeds processing; see How To Order for information.

     For Registrations for classes taught at Karolinka's studio, the "Total You Are Paying" is:
      - $20, the pre-registration amount (balance due at first class)
      - OR you may pay your entire class registration fee up front. Enter the appropriate amount for your class.
           
Payment for classes in outside venues are made through those institutions. Read the directions
            for the class YOU are taking on the BellyDanceWithK.com website.

     For Bookings (Hiring a dancer(s)) the "Total You Are Paying" is:
      - The amount agreed upon or due at this time per your contract with Karolinka

  • Boutique Customers: Please briefly list the items you are ordering, with both item number and short title/description. Include SIZES of all costume pieces where appropriate. If you have already selected a shipping method/cost, please note it and any options (for example, "Fed Ex Ground, Signature Required").
  • Class registrants: note class level and start date
  • Bookings: Note the event name and date.
  • Miscellaneous Payments: Briefly describe what the payment is for.
