General ordering procedure:

I generally can get a reply to you via email significantly faster than via phone.
However, calling is fine! If you leave a voice mail message, please include item number AND item name, and IMPORTANTLY your zip code, even if you aren't sure you're going to be ordering. Of course leave your name and phone number, with area code (speak slowly!)
There are two procedures you may use to order/pay:
1) Reserve Ordering (formerly "Expedited Ordering"): The surest way to make sure that costume is YOURS (fastest way to get your payment in). Please skip to below**

2) Get your shipping costs before paying: There is no obligation. Email ALL THREE of the following to

- Orders are normally processed (prepped and shipped) within 1 to 5 business days, usually doesn't take full 5 days. However, check "Current Info and FAQ's " for the status of current times, as occasional delays occur due to heavy business, etc. Standard shipping (Fed Ex Ground; USPS Priority if it is cheaper) transit time is 2 to 5 business days. Total time until you receive your order is processing time PLUS shipping transit time. If you need expedited shipping costs, please ask for them.
You'll receive an email with your shipping cost and detailed ordering instrucions. Add up your total = items + shipping.
Florida Sales Tax: you must pay sales tax ONLY if your order is being shipped to anywhere in Florida, any other destinations I do not collect tax for (you may technically need to make payments yourself to your State, but that's all on your end, I don't report anything to any other states or countries). You must add the sales tax for the county it is being shipped to. Base Florida sales tax is 6%; many counties have an additional surtax which can vary, for example, Alachua county is 6.25%. Sales tax must be calculated on both the items and the shipping. Multiply your total by the appropriate numerical equivalent of the sales tax for your county (for example, Alachua would be (items + shipping) X 0.0625). The result is the sales tax. You then add this to the total you pay.
To make payment via PayPal for either of the above:
Make your payment directly from the PayPal site (https://www.paypal.com). Log in to your account and click on "send." Send to the correct account as described below.
If you do not have a PayPal account: it is free, secure, and private. With it you can send money to anyone with an email address. Read more/sign up at the PayPal website.

**RESERVE ORDERING: (formerly "Expedited Ordering") THIS METHOD A) ALLOWS YOU TO 'RESERVE' A COSTUME and gives you the best chance of getting it before someone else, and B) IS TECHNICALLY THE EASIEST AND FASTEST FOR ME TO HANDLE, WHICH MEANS YOUR ORDER HAS A BETTER CHANCE OF BEING PROCESSED MORE QUICKLY than standard orders. Please note that this does't mean your order is "moved ahead" in front of orders received before it. It means that when I do get to it the processing goes more quickly. If you KNOW you want an item regardless of shipping cost (rarely more than $17 for a full, high-end costume in the continental US) and want to greatly decrease the chance of someone buying it before you, you may pay for the item IMMEDIATELY (before getting shipping cost). You may use either a credit card through the online order form, or PayPal. I'll then send you the shipping you owe, which you pay in a second transaction. You must pay the shipping cost within 36 hours of receiving it from me or the sale will be cancelled AND you will be charged the 8% restocking fee (accepting your money means I have to pay hefty fees, myself, whether or not you end up with the costume). I can be flexible on this timing if arranged ahead of time. If for some reason the costume is already sold and you send in payment, your full payment is refunded, no fees.
