PRI Productions, a Jacksonville Florida promotional company, produced "Party 2002," an annual showcase of their extensive event and entertainment services. Spread over half of the Prime Osborne Convetion Center, the showcase was free and open to the public, and included food, drink, and entertainment in half a dozen themed rooms and areas. These included a full-on nightclub, a medieval feast hall, and of course, an Egyptian-motifed area (which happened to be a casino), where student Pamela and I (Karolinka) provided entertainment. We interspersed half-hourly solo and duet shows with mingling and enjoying the Party. We were told the showcase far exceeded the 2500 expected guests. Truly impressive! I certainly enjoyed saying hello to all of you who knew or recognized me from the Casbah (the Jacksonville restaurant I perform at every weekend) -- thanks for stopping and saying hi!
